Case Managers are responsible for working with the treatment team to ensure the provision of case management services for severely disturbed children and adolescents in the residential treatment program at Five Acres in accordance with policies and the clients’ treatment plans.

On-Call Receptionist positions are available to cover scheduled and unscheduled absences of regular staff at all Five Acres' locations. Hours may vary, depending upon the shift covered. The Altadena (main campus) location is open seven (7) days a week and has a Monday through Friday day shift, swing shift, and a weekend day shift. All other locations are Monday through Friday day shift.
