- Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and adapting behavioral services with clients and families.

Responsible for working as part of the treatment team to:
- Assist in the implementation of individual treatment plans for children/youth focusing on vital areas such as therapeutic interaction, crisis intervention, education, and activities.
- Provide supervision, counseling, and direct care for children/youth living in the group home setting, serving as a surrogate parent, to teach values, life skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Ensuring safety and security of children/youth while also maintaining a therapeutic environment.

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating Mental Health services and inpatient rehabilitation services; working with children, young adults and families to implement treatment techniques to resolve issues identified in the treatment plan.

- Support of Five Acres’ strategic goals, mission, & values; ensuring quality service, audit, and fiscal performance.
- Clinical supervision to ensure provision of clinical, case management, advocacy, and related services to assigned clients in accordance with treatment goals, licensing requirements and professional standards.
- Individual/group supervision to ensure development, implementation and coordination of program services in accordance with Agency goals and quality standards.
