Responsible for managing and supervising staff including:

  • This is a 100% remote position, as such the incumbent will possess an excellent understanding of telehealth services and ability to access cloud systems such as zoom, teams, Electronic Health System.
  • Incumbent will provide individual and Group Clinical supervision to ensure provision of clinical, case management, advocacy, and related services to assigned clients in accordance with treatment goals, licensing requirements and professional standards.

Responsible for performing and supporting decision support services, budgeting, financial reporting, analytics, cost accounting, forecasting, prohttps://app-e3.datis.com/#jections, predictive and fiscal modeling for the Agency. Developing reports, information and provide analysis that supports organizational decision making through high-level analysis, reporting, research and effective use of data generated from various sources. Work collaboratively with Program Managers, Directors as with Executive level staff.


The Foster Care Social Worker provides foster care placement, planning and implementation for assigned client caseloads, and ensures that children achieve their placement goals in as expeditious a manner as possible.


Responsible for working with clients and their families in the home to implement treatment techniques designed to resolve behavioral and related issues identified in the treatment plan.


  • Receiving visitors and clients, determining nature of their visit and notifying appropriate staff.
  • Answering and transferring telephone calls.
  • Providing general office and clerical support to a program/department.
  • Representing Five Acres to callers, clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

Must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Responsible for working with children, young adults, and families to provide skill building services and implement effective treatment techniques to achieve desired outcomes.


Responsible for providing a wide variety of individual, family, and group therapy; case management counseling; crisis intervention; and advocacy services to families, children, and other clients in accordance with their specific therapeutic needs.


Responsible for working as part of the treatment team to:

  • Assist in the implementation of individual treatment plans for children/youth focusing on vital areas such as therapeutic interaction, crisis intervention, education, and activities.
  • Provide supervision, counseling, and direct care for children/youth living in the group home setting, serving as a surrogate parent, to teach values, life skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensuring safety and security of children/youth while also maintaining a therapeutic environment.
  • Effectively partnering with families so that they feel empowered as a vital member of a team.
  • Collaborating with co-located DCFS staff to complete intake process and orientations for children being admitted to Transitional Shelter Care Program. (applicable to TSC program only)

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating Mental Health services; working with children, young adults and families to implement treatment techniques to resolve issues identified in the treatment plan.


Responsible for providing medication, treatment, support and rehabilitation services to all residents.
