Responsible for purchases, installs, maintenance, decommission and repairs of computer systems, accessories and peripherals, software and customer support for systems used by our organization. Conducts new user IT onboarding, monitors and coordinates staff changes according to workflow. Supports and maintains user account information, including role-based access and security rights on all information technology systems. Replenishes and keeps accurate inventory of technology supplies and assets. Runs basic diagnostics, isolates problems, implements solutions, and performs preventative maintenance tasks. Second-level responder for user support and collaborates with higher tiers of support within team roles and expertise for more complex diagnostics and troubleshooting.

• Ensures the program activities comply with contracts, accreditation standards, licensing requirements, regulations and Five Acres’ policies and procedures.
• • Ensures Completeness, Accuracy, and security of all client records maintained electronically and paper in accordance with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) requirements.

• Provide supervision, counseling, and direct care for children/youth living in the group home setting, serving as a surrogate parent, to teach values, life skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Ensuring safety and security of children/youth while also maintaining a therapeutic environment.
