RESIDENTIAL CASE AIDE
Full-time (40-hours/week) position under the
general direction of the Program Supervisor. Primarily responsible for creating client
files, maintaining/filing documentation in the chart, scanning & uploading
in E records and breaking down chart at discharge.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited
that client documents are scanned, uploaded into Welligent and filed in
client's charts, per the chart model provided by QA as assurance of uniformity.

Position requirements include, but are not limited to:
School Diploma or GED required.
