position under the general direction of the Director of Information Technology. Responsible for ensuring system availability and internal
customer satisfaction by maintaining network performance and security.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
and configures new hardware and software; maintains inventory of hardware and
software for servers and user computers.

Position requirements include, but are not limited to:
technical knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware,
protocols and standards. Working knowledge of relational database structure and
knowledge of Microsoft server and workstation OS platforms.
